With a rare vacancy due to internal promotions within the property campaign, this is an exciting opportunity to take on a role with the best! We are on the hunt for the Gold Coast's best Quality Control/Confirmationist.
Arguably THE most critical role within our business, you will be calm under pressure and possess all the tools that you'll need to keep those booked appointments locked in. From re-pitching due to “cold feet” to assisting reps if they are running late, you'll need to “OWN” this role and live it. Attention to detail and being efficient will be key to your success.
We generate leads Australia-wide, and your role will be to conduct the quality control of each lead for the property campaign as it comes into the call center and then further, confirming the same appointment for the rep the day before the appointment is due. You become the voice of BDM, effectively managing all of our appointments for the campaign.
This is a Permanent full-time position based at Bundall and your duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Lead compliance and data entry/matching
* Validate changes made on lead sheets for accuracy
* Support the BC specialist by reporting anomalies found through the QC process
* Manage a master calendar and cascade leads to our individual clients, noting drive times for example
* Must be able to work full-time and be happy to field calls outside hours if and when they occur
What you will need:
* Previous call center experience is a must
* "Switched on" and able to self-manage and prioritize tasks
* Financial Services background is strongly desirable
* Excellent phone manner including tonality and persuasiveness
