Senior Loan Manager (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities
* As part of the bank’s middle office, the role constitutes a key interface function between transaction teams in the front office and the back office function of the bank.
* Supporting the transaction execution director in closing procedures, including review of draft loan documentation with regards to administrative & booking matters.
* Support of syndication activities, i.e. drafting and finalization of standard LMA documents (e.g. transfer certificates, assignment agreements and pricing letters).
* For a portfolio of structured international financings, ownership of all regular loan processing and administration matters, incl. processing of utilization requests or amendments as well as input / ongoing maintenance of all relevant transaction data in the bank’s core IT system (SAP).
* Monitoring and management of transaction related payments throughout the life of the transaction.
Requirements
* University degree in business administration or law, or an equivalent commercial education / training.
* Min. 5 years of subject matter expertise in relation to loan management and relevant contractual documentation.
* Experience using a commercial loan management system and proficiency in Office applications.
* A good understanding of the financial services industry and loan markets. Experience with LMA standard documentation would be an advantage.
* Confidence and experience in direct client interaction, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other internal/external stakeholders.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written along with solid interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent German and English language skills.
In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros.
