This position reports to
Manager Delivery Scheduling
Your role and responsibilities
• Organization of material deliveries for global customer orders
• Communication interface for Order-to-Cash to local order processing, production planning and purchasing
• Preparation of deliveries to customers or B&R subsidiaries
• Responsibility for the preparation of customs and transportation documents
• Organization of the transport of goods by freight forwarders and coordination with the shipping department
• Entry of customer orders from B&R sales partners
• Preparation of outgoing invoices to international customers and B&R sales partners as well as intercompany invoices
• Coordination and communication of deadline changes in customer orders with various departments
• Preparation of evaluations for the Order-to-Cash department
• Control and coordination of compliance with process specifications in the Order-to-Cash area
Qualifications for the role
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to work in an international environment
* Solution and process-oriented way of working
* Diligence and punctuality in the daily work process
* Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP, especially in the SD/LE module
* Very good written and spoken English skills
