Job Posting: Team Leader – AI Marketing/Talent Agency (Remote, Full-Time)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Team Leader to oversee and scale AI-Driven Talent Management Agencies for our clients. These agencies leverage cutting-edge AI-generated models and trained virtual teams to generate predictable, high-margin revenue in the social media space.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, team oversight, revenue optimization, and overall growth of the agency. You will work directly with a pre-built team of Virtual Assistants, AI-powered monetization systems, and client success specialists to ensure the agency runs efficiently and profitably. This is a hands-on role where the successful applicant will be proactive and self-managed.
This is a fully remote position, ideal for a highly organized, business-minded individual with experience in operations, team management or digital marketing.
Responsibilities
1. Operational Management & Business Growth
* Oversee daily agency operations to ensure smooth execution of AI-driven monetization strategies.
* Monitor performance metrics, revenue trends, and client growth goals, making data-driven decisions to optimize profits.
* Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in operations and implement solutions to enhance scalability.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
* Lead and manage a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs), ensuring all members are meeting performance KPIs.
* Implement daily check-ins, performance evaluations, and structured workflows to maintain a highly efficient team.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure Team members perform as expected.
3. Instagram Growth & Audience Scaling
* Oversee the automated Instagram growth strategy to ensure models attract high-value subscribers consistently.
* Track and analyze engagement rates, follower growth, and inbound traffic sources to optimize reach and visibility.
* Ensure AI-generated content schedules and posting cadences align with high-converting strategies.
* Track key financial metrics such as monthly revenue, profit margins, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
* Provide weekly performance reports to agency owners with revenue insights, strategic recommendations, and operational updates.
* Optimize expenses to maximize ROI while maintaining high-performance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in digital business management, operations, or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms, subscription-based businesses, or digital content monetization.
- Ability to lead remote teams, drive performance, and optimize revenue.
- Highly analytical mindset—able to read data, spot patterns, and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Experience in digital marketing, sales funnels, or online growth is a plus.
- Process-driven leader with the ability to build and improve systems, workflows, and operational frameworks.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
