Childcare Team Member, 70 - 100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
* You support our kids’ events by
o supervising the event throughout all project phases and supporting on site
o coordinating and communicate with internal and external stakeholders (families, staff, catering, location)
* You take over the administrative lead for childcare initiatives (holiday and weekly childcare) and for the toddler care (KiPa Röthis).
* You take care of the registration process and the communication with the families for internal initiatives (e.g. holiday and weekly childcare).
* You take over the project lead of the employee benefit “Financial Subsidy” by
o answering requests from employees and supporting them
o maintaining and updating excel spreadsheets in close cooperation with our HR colleagues
* You work in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. payroll, accounting).
* You handle all incoming and outgoing invoices.

* You are motivated to contribute to the concept of childcare at OMICRON.
* Experience in event/project management is an advantage.
* You like to take over ownership of task packages while closely collaborating with the Project Lead.
* You have a hands-on mentality and the realization of smaller improvements on your own energizes you.
* Empathy, sensitivity, and a good understanding of the various stakeholders are your strengths.
* Communication in German and English is easy for you.
