All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You'll be responsible and owner of the forecast and budgeting for the paid digital advertising, maximizing the sales net of ad spend generated through relevant (paid) channels. Managing performance of Paid Search, Shopping Comparison Engines, Affiliate programs, Retargeting Channels and Red Bull owned sites is another part of this role. Moreover, you'll decide on how to best run these channels, prioritize them according to the best return, work on improvements and share your results.
2. As a Performance Manager you'll pursue growth in new areas, seek out new channels and test them. You should identify and test new ways of driving traffic to our shops. You will own, understand and improve the interplay of channels and push our digital sales channels to new heights.
3. In this role, you will collaborate with several other departments including Operations, Marketing and IT. This will include supporting site promotions, communicating channel and product category performance, responding to feedback, supporting Omni-channel initiatives and communicating tech needs. Working with (external) partners to overcome roadblocks and to identify new opportunities will be part of this role as well.
4. Another exciting aspect of this role will be the usage of Google Analytics and other analytical tools to improve reporting, event tracking and gain further insights. You will build, update and improve reporting to track the performance against the set targets.
5. 1,5+ years working experience in the field of ecommerce/multichannel sales & marketing
6. Understanding of retail and strong entrepreneurial drive
7. Experience with Google Analytics and cross platform reporting
8. Interest in fashion and sport is an advantage. Profound in excel. Detail-oriented, analytical, pro-active personality
9. Hands-on-mentality and team player
10. Travel 0-10%
