For this role, you can work remotely or from one of our offices (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).This is a rare opportunity to make a daily impact and thrive in a growth-stage startup company in a fast-paced market environment.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or similarly technical subject3+ years of experience building demos and participating in enterprise sales processesExperience supporting sales teams, assisting with technical support in demo environmentsExperience in adapting/tailoring demo environments to a prospect's requirementsExperience with script languages or frontend frameworks such as React is desirableCapabilities in designing end-to-end workflows simulating solution offeringsExperience as a solution engineer around SaaS products, familiar with microservices-based solutions, using automation tooling, and openness to work with changing technologiesExperience with BPMN/Workflow engines is desirableExcellent communication and organization skillsAutonomous, enthusiastic, and hands-onGerman and English fluency is a mustResponsibilitiesYour main responsibility will be working closely with Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams by carrying out sales-supporting activities such as preparing and giving product demos. You will understand a prospect’s needs and propose potential solutions that showcase product features and translate them into delivered value.You can think quickly on your feet and find pragmatic solutions to requests and requirements.You feel comfortable in situations that allow minimal time for preparation.You are comfortable preparing presentations and demos for prospects.You are technically competent and confident in creating demos in collaboration with the Product Team, Account Executive, Partner, or Customer Success Manager.Building and presenting sales demonstrations for prospects.Provide guidance and support to the Sales team.Startup atmosphere based on a partnership approach.
