Your tasks:
* Proactive collaboration in the introduction of the compensation module in our HCM software Workday as well as the interfaces to sub-systems.
* Optimization of digitized processes in the compensation module in Workday, quality optimization of pay data and its presentation.
* Carrying out job evaluations, creating job descriptions as well as support with internal compensation guidelines and policies and presentation of various key figures.
* Participation in surveys on industry trends and benchmarks as well as configurations and maintenance of benchmark data as well as support of locations in ~30 countries.
* Continuous improvement of the planning tool for annual salary adjustments, as well as support for various compensation processes (e.g. annual bonus process).
Your profile:
* Completed business studies with several years of relevant professional experience with a focus on compensation.
* Alternatively, comparable skills through many years of relevant professional experience in compensation issues.
* Experience in statistics and process management.
* Excellent English.
* Software experience with Workday is an advantage.
