1. In this role, you will provide financial support to the HQ Operations team, with a particular focus on the Supply Chain Network Design team. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and delivering relevant cost data to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with Supply Chain Modellers and Data Scientists, you will ensure that the digital twin of the supply chain accurately represents real-world operations. Additionally, you will validate the outputs of this modelling and work alongside senior leadership to develop well-informed recommendations. Once network changes are approved, you will monitor their execution and report on performance against the original business case.
2. You will develop and refine financial processes that are effective, scalable, and sustainable. With a keen attention to detail, you will balance priorities while assessing financial risks, ensuring that processes evolve in alignment with business needs. Given that these processes are at different stages of maturity, you will continuously seek feedback to drive improvements while being mindful of their impact on local teams and broader stakeholders. You will also recognize when innovation is necessary and when stability is required, playing a key role in fostering efficiency and long-term success.
3. Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization will be a key part of your role. You will confidently communicate with teams both within and outside of Finance, adapting your style to suit different audiences. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.

6. A minimum of five years of experience in financial controlling or a broader finance function, with a strong understanding of financial statements and financial risk management.
7. A university degree in a relevant discipline. An advanced degree or professional certification in Finance (e.g. CPA, CMA) is highly advantageous.
8. Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus.
9. Proficiency in financial analysis and database tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Tableau.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on financial optimization and cost management.
11. Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing responsibilities effectively.
12. Demonstrated experience in successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
14. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement and risk management.
