The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated full-time Senior Recruitment Lead to join our friendly team based in Narre Warren, Victoria. Working alongside our HR and Recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the recruitment efforts and processes, focusing on attracting and hiring suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
This role is to fulfill the recruitment duties across the following range of our services, including, but not limited to:
* Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
* Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
* Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
* Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
* Negotiating and extending offers to candidates for suitable roles and positions.
* Managing and training a team of recruiters to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
* Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
* Ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
* Managing the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient sourcing methods and practices.
* Allocating resources to meet recruitment goals, optimizing the use of technologies and tools in the recruitment process.
Key Requirements for the Role
* Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve their goals.
* An organized person who works well autonomously and/or within a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
* Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Ability to negotiate and close offers effectively.
* Advanced computer skills and phone skills.
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills are a must.
* Clear, pleasant, professional, and confident manner coupled with a genuine customer service focus.
* Experience working with HR management software and a range of Microsoft Office Programs.
* Strong ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals and growth plans.
* A willingness to participate in the improvement of processes and systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications/Experience
* Minimum Bachelor's in HR or Management or equivalent/relevant to industry.
* NDIS or healthcare knowledge is desirable.
