We are looking for an International Supply & Demand Manager to drive our global procurement operations and ensure seamless purchasing processes.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
1. Implement international purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes and supplier relationships.
2. Analyze demand trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
3. Develop and implement supply chain forecasts based on sales data, seasonal trends, and market fluctuations.
4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with global suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
5. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to align purchasing with inventory management.
6. Identify risks in the international supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and international trade laws.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
2. First experience in purchasing, demand planning, or supply chain management.
3. First experience in supplier negotiations and cost optimization.
4. Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
