Aufgaben
* Design System Development: Build and maintain a scalable, multi-brand design system for all digital customer and internal user touchpoints in close collaboration with frontend developers and product owners.
* Design Standards: Establish and document reusable design components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure a consistent and accessible user experience across all digital products.
* Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design system components and business requirements.
* Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and improve the design system based on user feedback, performance metrics, and emerging best practices.
* Communication: Act as the main point of contact for the visual part of the design system, providing guidance, documentation, and training to internal teams.
* Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to further develop the design system and drive its adoption across the company.
Qualifikationen
* Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems in digital product environments.
* Excellent understanding of atomic design principles, accessibility standards, and design tokens.
* Proficiency in design tools (ideally Figma) and close collaboration with frontend development teams.
* Experience in creating and maintaining design documentation and component libraries.
* Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Agile mindset and experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
* Independent and structured way of working with a passion for detail and aesthetics.
* 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, design systems, or a similar field.
* Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization of design components.
* Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective labour agreement in trade. This is per year 49.641,50 €. However, we offer a higher salary in accordance with your experience and qualifications. We're happy to discuss everything else on that in person.
