Our Global Data Team is looking for a Senior Data & Process Governance Expert with a strong focus in Finance & Controlling in our global headquarters in Fuschl am See. The role is placed within the Finance Data & Process Governance pillar
Our state-of-the-art SAP S/4HANA FI/CO system is implemented in over 120 subsidiaries around the globe with more rollout projects on the roadmap as a consequence of the group's growth and diversification. SAP Financials are fully integrated with the SAP SD, MM, HR, and CRM modules, as well as with SAP BI and Oracle Hyperion solutions. In this role, you'll be a member of the Finance Data, Process and Governance department, responsible for SAP FI/CO application support, project management, as well as global key user trainings. Financial close record to report process management rounds up the comprehensive & challenging duties of this role. The role offers a broad and highly interesting spectrum that closely combines the technical and non-technical aspects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
ERP FI/CO CONSULTING
You'll be responsible for technical maintenance and configuration of SAP ERP FI/CO application components. You'll provide Finance & Controlling related in-house consulting and ensure, in tight collaboration with the IT Service Owner and the Data & Process Development team, the best possible technical solutions for our business requirements on the Finance side. You'll closely work together with Finance colleagues globally, the HQ Business Application Team in IT, external consultants, as well as the Global Data Team.
PROCESS MONITORING, TRAINING & SUPPORT
For the processes we technically enable and support, as well as the solutions which we roll out to subsidiaries, we are also in charge of monitoring & training. Due to our efforts in this field, this role also pro-actively drives process improvement initiatives as well as continuous advancement of our knowledge management offering.
PROJECT & ENHANCEMENT MANAGEMENT
You'll be acting in a supportive or leading role in individual projects. In particular, subsidiary rollouts of existing (Record-to-report) solutions/setups will be a recurrent topic on your agenda. On top of that, this role is responsible for managing together with our IT counterpart global FI/CO related enhancements. The technical acceptance of requirements, comprehensive test management, as well as the securing of a smooth cutover are key contributions from this role.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* 5+ years of SAP ERP experience (in particular customizing and master data management in FI/CO)
* Strong financial acumen and in-depth understanding of financial processes, as well as proven track record of business process improvement initiatives.
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle projects and stakeholders
* Ability to quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts as well as to define alternatives & prioritizations in order to remove roadblocks
* Ability to understand complex system correlations
* Ability to communicate effectively with both finance & technical, as well as cross-functional stakeholders
* Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
* Excellent command of English
* Strong communication skills, goal-oriented, team player

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
