Tasks
You set the vision for Austrian Airlines' ground customer experience, focusing on Vienna hub.
You lead the Vienna hub lounge product, defining its overall experience, operating model, infrastructure & facility design.
You ensure consistency & quality for high-priority customer experiences.
You align with the FWAG on customer experience priorities & guide the ongoing development of Vienna Airport's customer journey.
You collaborate with Lufthansa Group ground teams to maximize customer satisfaction & ensure strong Austrian representation.
You drive cross-functional cooperation to shape Lufthansa Group's ground product strategy, focusing on processes, digital advances, biometrics & customer-centered policies.
You manage vendor design services for Vienna hub development, coordinating with procurement.
You oversee design projects & initiatives in Vienna hub, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Moreover, you create empowerment concepts for front-line staff with cross-departmental teams.
You identify & develop opportunities for additional revenue within the ground experience framework.
Requirements
You have a master's degree in business, hospitality or related field and have accumulated more than seven years of experience in customer-focused roles.
You bring at least five years of experience in leadership roles.
You have proven experience in managing complex and large-scale projects.
You possess a strong and infectious customer obsession mindset, combined with a high level of creativity, drive and focus on innovation.
You have experience in managing large-scale operations.
You demonstrate a proven ability to develop service and hospitality concepts, ideally with specific experience in the airline industry.
You have expertise in managing cross-functional teams.
You possess excellent oral and written communications skills in German and English.
You have unrestricted access to the Austrian job market.
