International On Premise Key Account Manager - Catering & Travel

As International On Premise Key Account Manager (IKAM), you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining Global Catering & Travel Partnerships. You will also support top markets strategically and operationally with local partnerships, ensuring sustainable distribution, maximizing sales and volume, and establishing strong relationships with partners.

Management of Global Catering & Travel Partnerships
Take charge of executing current Global Partnerships, ensuring prompt implementation across all partnership pillars. Develop strategies to enhance existing partnerships, fostering mutual value for Red Bull and partners in the long term. Identify new partnership prospects to sustainably expand horizontal and vertical distribution of Red Bull. Employ impactful Stakeholder Management techniques with Global Partners to amplify distribution and volume from the top down.
Strategic Projects
Contribute to refining Channel Strategies for Catering and Travel, aiming to develop tools that enhance both horizontal and vertical distribution, setting benchmarks for excellence within partner locations. Collaborate with the Red Bull Global Trade Marketing Team to innovate strategies that add value for Global Partners, accelerating distribution. Establish a close working relationship with markets to ensure excellence in data reporting for Global Partners, facilitating informed strategic decisions.
Leadership and Trainings
Take charge of top-tier sharing platforms to implement crucial initiatives across all markets. Assist in locally executing partnerships for involved markets, ensuring completion of Local Partnership Contracts. Collaborate in co-leading Sales Training Academies to further growth and development of our Red Bull Teams.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
* University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
* Excellent command of English; German is a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with Account Management, ideally within the On Premise or FMCG.
* Resilient sales mindset required for project roll-out from inception to completion.
* Self-motivated team-player who enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders.
* Exceptional presentation skills and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
* Passion for networking and establishing new business partnerships to foster global partnerships increasing distribution and sales within the On Premise.
* Strategic and innovative thinking needed to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies scalable at the global level.
* A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn as this is a development position within the team.
* Travel: 20-30 %.
Requirements
What you need to qualify for this role:
* Minimum salary according to the collective agreement: EUR 3.139 gross per month.
* Attractive compensation package based on market-oriented salaries significantly above the stated minimum salary.
