* Develop and implement the best technical solutions for SAP FICO, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy
* Technical & Functional Assessments
o Conduct thorough evaluations of SAP FICO functionalities, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements for tax, general accounting, and management accounting processes.
* System Configuration & Customization
o Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements, ensuring consistency and optimal system performance.
* Lifecycle Management of Solutions
o Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
* Creation of Technical Documentation
o Develop detailed technical design documents, assessments, and best practices for SAP FICO implementations and upgrades.
* Testing & Quality Assurance
o Define and execute test cases for new implementations and major system changes to ensure reliability and compliance.
* Collaboration with APAC Agile Team
o Work closely with agile teams in the APAC region, ensuring smooth coordination and project execution within the designated timezone.
* Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
o Ensure that SAP FICO solutions comply with relevant financial regulations, security, privacy, and corporate IT standards.
* Technical Delivery & Deployment
o Take ownership of the technical implementation, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Support
o Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and key IT/business stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and product roadmaps.
* Strategic Guidance & Advisory
o Provide expert insights and recommendations on SAP FICO trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues, providing expert guidance to ensure business continuity and system efficiency.
Requirements
* Expertise in SAP FICO Implementation
o Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing end-to-end SAP FICO processes
* Accounting & Finance Operations Knowledge
o Deep understanding of daily accounting and finance operations, including period-end closing activities.
* SAP FI Integration Expertise
o Experience in integrating SAP FI with other modules such as logistics, controlling, and consolidation solutions
* Hands-On Experience in FI-GL, FI-Tax & Management Accounting
o Proven expertise in SAP FI General Ledger, Taxation, and Management Accounting functionalities.
* Leadership & Project Management Skills
o Experience as a Finance Functional Lead, Finance Coordinator, or Project Manager is preferred.
* Extensive SAP Experience
o Minimum of 8 years in SAP FICO implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
* Proficiency in English
o Excellent oral and written English skills, ensuring effective collaboration in a global work environment.
* Experience in Global & Multicultural Work Environments
o Demonstrated ability to work across time zones and cultural contexts in a global enterprise setting.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and organize tasks effectively without constant supervision.
* Scrum & Agile Methodology Understanding
o Familiarity with Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to contribute effectively within an Agile team.
* Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
o Strong ability to analyze complex financial and accounting processes and provide innovative SAP-based solutions.
