SNP Security provides Security Services at a number of Events across the A.C.T. such as Manuka Oval, GIO Stadium and Floriade for example.
Customer Service Officers are a first point of contact and are responsible for checking tickets, directing patrons to seats, providing event information and attending to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with the public - providing information of directions, answering questions.
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
Minimum Requirements
* Prior customer service experience is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including active listening, conflict resolution and report writing.
* Ability to prioritise competing priorities.
* Ability to work autonomously and/or as part of a team as required.
* Able to solve issues quickly and efficiently.
* A high level of organisational skills.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
