Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Teams:
o Lead a team of 3-6 recruitment consultants, a return-to-work coordinator, and a recruitment manager.
o Guide the team through the transition to the new structure.
o Ensure compliance and oversee coordinators.
o Set and monitor KPIs, goals, and team performance.
2. Operations:
o Lead the software roll-out and implementation of new operational structures.
o Ensure internal and external compliance standards are met.
o Oversee rostering and manage the visa process.
3. Business Growth:
o The company is looking to double the size of the team in the near future, which means more leadership responsibility for you.
o You will have a direct impact on culture and decision-making as the business continues to evolve.
What We’re Looking For:
* Recruitment Experience: You must come from a high-volume, contract, or labour hire recruitment background. You’ve run a desk yourself and understand the intricacies of recruitment operations.
* Leadership/Operations Experience: You may not have the exact title yet, but you’ve been on the brink of stepping into a leadership or operations management role. You could be a team leader looking to take that next step!
* Skills & Expertise:
o You have experience in rostering, shift management, and compliance.
o You’re familiar with managing KPIs and reporting to ensure your team meets goals and delivers results.
* Personality: We need someone with a no-nonsense, transparent approach who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Resilience is key, as you’ll be navigating a period of change and growth.
