Summary: The Security Administration Manager manages a team of security administrators who support and administer security technologies as implemented by the Security Engineering team.
Job Function:
1. Responsible for managing a team who operate, administer, and serve as subject matter experts on security tools including but not limited to:
1. Identity and access management tools
2. Vulnerability management tools
3. Antivirus and Endpoint protection tools
4. Network security tools
5. Data Leakage Prevention tools
6. Application Security tools
2. Reports regularly on the team's performance against SLA and OLA targets
3. Develops consistent processes around security administration tasks
4. Implements recurring processes through the team
5. Escalation point for change requests for key IT security operational areas, acts as level 2 engineering support
6. Supporting break/fix activities regarding operational stability of security technologies
7. Escalating issues to engineering or vendor support where necessary
Preferred:
1. Role requires international travel typically not exceeding 2 weeks per year. Local travel to other Ireland sites, typically not exceeding 1 day per month
2. Team lead for 3-5 people
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
1. Ability to manage security administration staff
2. Basic to Intermediate security technology administration experience
3. Experience with working across business unit and geographical boundaries to engage team members required
4. Experience and interest in technology within areas of responsibility
5. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Zurich specific security tools
