In order to strengthen the IT Service team we are looking for you at any country where we are operating
YOU WILL. Main tasks
Ownership and accountability for the IT infrastructure and Service Desk services of the product
Develop and continuously improve the IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap
Responsible for budgeting, cost management and cost controlling for the product “IT Infrastructure & Service Desk”
Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the expert team, along with technical coordination of the members involved in the product
Manage and supervise the external service providers for all IT infrastructure services & projects
Align with Divisions and Holding to balance IT infrastructure needs
Manage the on-call duty service (24/7) for the entire Prinzhorn Group
Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Negotiate contracts with external partners.
Requirements
Minimum five years experience in an IT Infrastructure function with leadership responsibility, ideally in a group of companies
Five or more years professional experience in IT Infrastructure in a hosted services environment.
Experience in coordination and management of IT vendors as well as IT budgetary and financial management
Deep knowledge of IT service aspects such as SLAs, KPIs, ITIL and industry best practices
In depth understanding of modern and emerging IT technologies, delivery approaches and trends
Leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire others to find pragmatic solutions in a dynamic, multi-cultural, and geographically distributed matrix organization
Combine and balance hands-on mentality and conceptional work
Willingness to travel to all group-countries
