We are looking for a remarkable Assistant to join our vibrant team in Munich. In Munich, VIG Re shoulders the responsibility for non-life reinsurance business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Nordics.
Your responsibilities:
* You'll be the right-hand to our Managing Director, ensuring their day-to-day agenda runs smoothly. This includes managing meetings, coordinating business trips, and more.
* You'll be responsible for calendar planning, managing the MD's emails, and supporting the execution of internal meetings.
* You will assist with event management and prepare for client meetings within and outside VIG Re Munich.
* Expect daily administration and correspondence handling, you'll be in charge of keeping our technical equipment in shape and efficient office management.
