YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (f/m/x) to join our Warranty team at our Innsbruck office. The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, starting from 30 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities
As a member of our Warranty Team, you’ll be the go-to expert for both dealers and end customers, providing reliable support and ensuring every interaction strengthens trust in Black Diamond products. Your passion for outdoor sports, combined with your commitment to excellent, solution-oriented service, will make you a key part of our mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering quick and effective solutions
2. Leverage your product expertise to provide customers with in-depth, reliable advice
3. Identify and understand customer needs to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
4. Manage and resolve warranty cases in line with Black Diamond’s high-quality standards
5. Apply your technical skills to offer efficient repair and maintenance services
6. Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
