We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels and Power-2X Division's projects with a scope above hundred million.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to reducing CO2 emissions through innovative green hydrogen and renewable fuel plant solutions. Our team of engineers has a rich history of global EPC projects and leadership in technology and manufacturing.
You will be part of a dynamic team growing the green hydrogen and Power2X economy with potential for future management responsibilities. We foster multiculturalism and flat hierarchies, promoting open dialog culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer orders with overall profit & loss responsibility: costs, deadlines, and quality from project handover to final acceptance by the customer.
2. Report project progress in monthly reviews.
3. Lead international project teams and ensure collaborative spirit.
4. Interact with engineering, procurement, logistics, construction management, and other organizational parts at Andritz.
5. Lead communication, chair meetings, and negotiate with customers and partners.
6. Manage scheduling, resource planning, and project controlling.
7. Take responsibility for Contract & claim management.
8. Escalate timely to management and align with legal department if required.
9. Manage project changes and deviations according to contract.
10. Prepare lessons learnt after project closure.
11. Report to the Global Director of Project Management of the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels and Power-2X Division.
Your Skills:
1. 10+ years of experience in international EPC project management senior roles, preferably in chemical plant engineering business.
2. Proven track-record of successful project closure of 3-digit-million projects.
3. Customer focused, open, and proactive personality with strong ownership for performance and shared commitment.
4. Degree level qualification, preferably in an engineering discipline.
5. Excellent knowledge of project management tools and processes.
6. Fluent English, ideally experience working within international teams.
7. Good PC skills (Microsoft 365, SAP or similar ERP).
8. Proactive hands-on mentality and readiness to grow execution capabilities.
9. Willingness to travel internationally and work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
