Your main roles and responsibilities
1. Independently manage communication projects from brainstorming to execution, ensuring effective implementation and performance evaluation.
2. Create content on generic and technical topics for various channels & formats.
3. Storytelling and editorial planning: Create editorial, content, and PR plans and concepts.
4. Develop employer branding measures to increase employer attractiveness in the region.
5. Plan regional PR measures and implement them independently.
6. Work closely with HR, sales, and external partners and maintain media contacts.
You are just right for this role if
1. You have a degree in marketing, media, or communications.
2. Ideally, you have already gained experience in content marketing, PR, or communication in a (technical) B2B environment.
3. You have an interest in technical products and content.
4. You already have expertise in the development of communication concepts and measures.
5. You enjoy storytelling and copywriting.
6. You bring creativity and a keen eye for trends that engage the target audience.
7. An independent and solution-oriented way of working is exactly what you are looking for.
8. Team spirit, empathy, and communication are just as important to you as they are to us.
9. Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of graphic design programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite.
10. You enjoy communicating in German and English.
