Tasks
* Oversee financial strategy, planning, and execution to drive sustainable growth.
* Ensure strong cash flow management and financial risk mitigation across global operations.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for large-scale EPC projects and international operations.
* Develop financial models to optimize capital structure, improve profitability, and support long-term projects.
* Manage multi-jurisdictional financial operations, ensuring compliance with international tax regimes, IFRS, and GAAP.
* Structure and negotiate project financing deals, including working with banks, investors, and export credit agencies (ECAs).
* Lead IPO preparations, ensuring compliance, financial reporting, and investor relations are handled efficiently.
* Oversee ESG reporting, sustainable finance initiatives, and compliance with anti-corruption laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
* Build and mentor a high-performing global finance team, supporting the company’s continued growth and success.
* Manage risk, including currency fluctuations, commodity price volatility, and geopolitical factors impacting EPC projects.
* Lead investor relations, conducting roadshows and effectively communicating financial strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
* CFA, CPA, or equivalent financial qualifications.
* 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an EPC or energy-related company.
* Expertise in managing EPC contracts, project finance, and infrastructure financing.
* Extensive experience in IPOs, M&A, private equity, and capital raising strategies.
* Strong background in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or waste-to-energy projects.
* Proven ability to navigate multi-country financial operations and large-scale international contracts.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
