We are the global market leader in the automation of hydropower plants. At our headquarters in Vienna, we offer, after intensive training, an independent and varied job as Support and Service Technician (m/f/d) for Automation Systems.
Your Profile:
* Completed technical professional training in electrical engineering, energy technology or computer science (HTL, FH, TU, or similar)
* Experience with HIPASE-250, SCALA-250 or similar system is an advantage
* Experience in the field of hydropower is an advantage
* Practical know-how in processing security-relevant topics in project engineering is an advantage
* Written and spoken English
* German language skills are an advantage
* Accurate, independent, and team-oriented working style
* Analytical thinking
* Willingness to travel (5%)
Your Tasks:
* Supporting colleagues and customers worldwide with questions regarding SCALA systems, operating systems, and related topics
* Resolving HIPASE-250 and related issues through product knowledge, workarounds, or development assistance
* Collaborating closely with product management and development on product defects and improvements
* Managing projects for maintenance contract customers
* Conducting product training courses or workshops as an instructor
We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 3,251.09 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
