About the role
* You will be managing a large service with opportunity for even more growth.
* The Program Manager’s primary role is to oversee all day-to-day operations at their Before and After Care service.
* The role will be accountable for all management, support, training, and professional development for the team of Directors, 2ICs, and Educators, and will be accountable for ensuring a high-quality and viable program for the service community.
* To be onsite for at least one Before School Care and four After School Care sessions per week.
* The role will focus on direct management of a team of Directors of Service, and indirect management and support of a team of Educators and support staff.
* Overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of a remarkable, fun, and engaging program for all groups and children in attendance.
* Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with the children, families, school leadership, and wider school community.
* Impact the lives of children and their families by delivering a remarkable service and creating life-long memories.
