Health & Safety Data Analyst (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
* Analyse and interpret health and safety data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
* Act as Business Owner (intermediate between developers of the database and the H&S team/database users).
* Provide analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis of the different regions within the organisation.
* Evaluate the performance against the targets for all stakeholders (Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings and insights to stakeholders).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
* Prepare the annual bonus target setting for selected H&S KPI’s.
* Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance workplace safety.
* Identify leading indicators and predictive analytics to proactively address potential health and safety risks.
* Collaborate with health and safety professionals to develop and implement data-driven strategies for injury prevention and risk reduction.
* Act as Business Owner for the H&S safety portal and collect improvements and requirements of H&S portal users that can be used to enhance the portal’s user experience and data collection ability.
Your Profile
* 3-5 years as financial controller or data analyst.
* Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a health and safety context.
* Skilled on Excel and other analytical tools.
* Visualization and Analytics tools like PowerBI and basic SQL.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Effective communication skills to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage projects.
* Proactive and self-motivated.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
