Job Title: International On Premise Key Account Manager - Global Companies
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead impactful partnerships with top global employers and boost employee satisfaction by bringing Red Bull's energy to workplaces worldwide.
This is a unique opportunity to join our Global On Premise Key Account team in our HQ in Salzburg, Austria, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing global strategies and tools to drive value through Red Bull product availability and activation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leverage data resources to map and prioritize top global employers
* Collaborate with Trade Marketing to develop innovative strategies that drive value through Red Bull product availability and activation
* Engage in stakeholder management with global employers to build long-term partnerships for Red Bull's availability and activation
* Manage relationships with key global employers and advocate for their needs
Requirements:
* University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or equivalent field experience
* Excellent command of English
* In-depth knowledge of Excel
* Advanced presentation skills to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Customer Development, and/or Human Resources
* Resilient sales mindset and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
