About the role
This is a new role and an opportunity to join our dynamic property team as it ambitiously develops opportunities across our commercial property precincts, which includes the more than 50 hectares of prime land, that is Airport Central. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of commercial property projects within the Brisbane Airport land holdings. This includes assisting with identification of opportunities within BAC’s landside portfolio and supporting the planning and delivery of BAC's various property pursuits.
Key deliverables of this role include working alongside the development, project delivery and property management teams in the identification of undeveloped, underdeveloped or redevelopment opportunities in collaboration with the real estate and development sector.
About you
You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work. With relevant tertiary qualifications, you will have significant client-side development experience within the commercial property sector. Ideally, this will have included responsibility for “precinct development” and have demonstrated your expertise in property valuation methodology and project feasibility analysis.
Success in this role will come through being able to work strategically & collaboratively, while under pressure to achieve deadlines.
