We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Property Manager / Concierge to elevate the resident experience at our premium build-to-rent community in Port Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
Property & Building Management Support
1. Act as a key liaison between residents and the property management team, escalating issues as required.
2. Coordinate in-house handyman and cleaning services for seamless operations.
3. Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections of apartments.
4. Monitor and respond to tenant requests via property management software.
5. Manage access control, security protocols, and ensure building safety.
6. Inspect communal areas regularly, reporting on cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
7. Support leasing inspections and assist with tenant applications when needed.
8. Oversee operations of any commercial tenancies in the building.
Administrative & Operational Duties
1. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, services, and maintenance.
2. Prepare daily summaries of key operational activities and resident issues.
3. Liaise with the cleaning, maintenance, and security teams for cohesive building operations.
4. Assist with lease renewals, rental queries, and tenancy administration.
5. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and emergency procedures.
6. Promote community events, lifestyle services, and resident perks.
7. Greet residents and guests warmly, acting as the first point of contact.
8. Plan and run community events that foster connection and vibrancy.
9. Coordinate lifestyle services such as:
* Cleaning and housekeeping
* Dry cleaning pickups
* On-call handyman requests
* Parcel and delivery management
1. Oversee smooth move-in / move-out processes, including orientation and key handovers.
2. Build rapport with residents, tailoring support to their unique preferences.
3. Handle car park allocations and concierge-style requests with professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in concierge, hospitality, property management, or premium customer service.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A proactive problem-solver who anticipates resident needs.
4. Highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and property/booking platforms.
5. Basic understanding of maintenance and resident troubleshooting.
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Discretion in managing sensitive resident information.
8. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Certification in Property Management.
2. Experience in luxury hotel, build-to-rent, or premium residential settings highly regarded.
