Our focus is on innovation and launch execution excellence; we translate breakthrough science into innovative medicines that help people with cancer across the globe.We are currently looking for two:Alliance Sales Representatives Oncology (m/f/d)West Austria (Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, Tyrol, Vorarlberg) or East Austria (Vienna, Burgenland, Styria, Carinthia, East Tyrol)Responsibilities:Identifying accounts & target areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomesDeveloping field-based customer & patient journey and account strategy including account plan, regular reviews of the account plan and making informed decisions on the strategyMaximizing account performance by understanding multiple interdependencies within an account, considering customer goals and needs, providing value-based offerings and building long-term relationships through collaborative business planning processes and approachesDeveloping a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including public groups, government officials, medical professional organizations) in defined therapy areaDeveloping account strategy and structured account plan, regularly reviewing it and monitoring KPIs based on the tracking planProviding feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accountsCollaboration with cross functional Team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needsWorking closely with the market access team to ensure access in price sensitive accountsQualifications & Experience:Sales Representative certification for Austria requiredStrong scientific baseline knowledge & passion for the disease areaInfluencing/ Negotiation skills: ability to understand both internal and customer perspectives to build a strategy for financial and value-based negotiationStrong Strategic thinking, specifically related to asset value proposition, and clinical and value evidenceWillingness to travel throughout Austria >90% of the time in the field visiting customersExcellent communication skillsExperience in working in an Agile wayHigh level negotiation and analytical skillsWorking with electronic tools (e.g. I-Pad for presentation), MS office, Veeva, Salesforce strongly requiredProfessional proficiency in German, both verbal and written; additional strong English language skills are requiredWe offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 53.600,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
