Your Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will focus on effectively promoting Walls.io's features and integrations, driving product adoption, and communicating our product’s value to customers and partners. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product messaging aligns with market needs and helps fuel the continued growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to refine product positioning, drive product development, and improve customer satisfaction.
* GTM strategy: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and offerings, ensuring successful product launches.
* Develop compelling messaging: Craft clear, targeted product positioning and value propositions for key personas (e.g. event organizers, marketers, HR professionals).
* Enablement: Equip internal and partner sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively communicate Walls.io’s value proposition.
* Co-marketing initiatives: Develop co-marketing initiatives with key partners to amplify product messaging and reach new customer segments. This can include speaking at events, publishing co-branded content, newsletter collaborations, and more.
* Product newsletter: Oversee the creation and distribution of a product newsletter to keep customers, partners, and internal teams informed about new features, updates, and success stories.
* Performance tracking: Monitor product marketing performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to improve product adoption and ROI.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS, event, or tech industries.
* Proven track record: Experience in launching products, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving product adoption.
* Skills: Strong communication skills, project management expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a creative approach to marketing. Exceptional written and spoken English. Versatile content creation skills, including writing and basic visual design. Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and webinars, including screen sharing and product walkthroughs.
* Initiative is at the heart of this role. You must proactively identify opportunities or challenges and take action to address them without waiting for direction.

This is a full-time position with 38.5h/week. We offer a competitive salary above the Austrian Collective Agreement starting at EUR 60,000 gross per year, depending on your qualifications and years of experience.
