The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.
Who You Are:
The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a team that is dedicated to driving the business, leading with
responsibility for all aspects of the management of the store,
What You’ll Do:
People
* Inspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.
* Recruit top talent, training and developing staff to build a team of true MK Ambassadors.
* Drive team retention, ensuring actionable Talent and Succession plans are in place.
* Support, implement and provide follow-up for all training and onboarding for new joiners.
* Proactively manage and resolve all HR issues in collaboration with HR Department.
* Partner with DM to review integrity of PTS, identifying opportunities to improve.
Service
* Lead the team of MK Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to
* drive loyalty and repeat business.
* Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication through utilizing all available clienteling apps.
* Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales.
* Build and maintain good communication with District Manager and members of corporate office, mall office,
* retail partners and other stores, collaborating and influencing to drive performance across the district.
Sales
* Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
* Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
* Work with Team on Quarterly Planners to ensure the best business plans are set to achieve targets.
Operations
* Ensure store schedule is optimized, having right people right place right time.
* Collaborate with DVM to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution
* of effective strategies.
* Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store, using product tools
* effectively to maintain size and style integrity.
What You’ll Need:
* Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer
* Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Fluent English
