Professional Convenience & Marketing Operations AT (all genders)
* Responsible for execution of all organizational, administrative and IT system relevant processes within the department.
* Administration of the supplier pool.
* Execution of ZAST article management and invoice management within SAP in alignment with Category Management.
* Responsible for execution of all promotions within the relevant system.
* Responsible for article master data management for OMVs Shop/Gastro products, adding and removing articles from planograms in the various assortment types in alignment with category management.
* Maintenance of OMVs platform for our filling station partners and implementation of all relevant manuals.
* Interface and constant communication to our filling station partners regarding article management, planograms and system relevant topics.
* Responsible for organization, management and participation in regular assortment meetings, preparing of relevant presentations and meeting minutes.
* Responsible for relevant analysis for assortment decisions and supports optimization and efficient use of marketing budgets.
Your profile
* You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
* You have minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Excellent MS-Office and knowledge of ERP systems, preferably strong skills in SAP and very good organizational and communication skills.
* Team-oriented personality.
* High affinity for IT systems and tools.
* High proficiency in German and fluent in English.
