We are looking for an ambitious and experienced BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER to drive multifunctional strategic growth projects within KWIZDA AGRO, considering planning, implementation, communication, and controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall project plans, status reports, and result control for defined important projects within KWIZDA AGRO.
* Coordinate project teams, including internal support functions and external experts, for project implementation.
* Evaluate resource availability and allocation, and develop detailed plans to track progress.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
* Identify and monitor critical paths and dependencies between projects and risks.
* Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Administrate, develop, and train PMO Standards in existing PM-Tools for KWIZDA AGRO.
* Communicate project updates to stakeholders and steering committees.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in business administration with experience in project management.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar function.
* Strong business acumen with a "Hands-on" mentality.
* Proficient command of English and German.
* Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Experience with project management tools.
* Independent, accurate, goal-oriented, systematic work style.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Excellent organization and problem-solving skills, as well as time and cost management skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Able to recognize dependencies, think across boundaries, and delegate effectively.
* Strong leadership skills, motivating people and encouraging cooperation.
* Able to make important decisions under pressure.
