Your Tasks
* Act as a security consultant for local entities, advising on effective mitigation strategies and security best practices.
* Provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, network security, and end-user security solutions tailored to the needs of VIG Group companies.
* Collaborate closely with Service Owners and Group Competence Centers (GCCs) to design and enhance Cyber Defense Center (CDC) services and processes.
* Take ownership of group-wide security and infrastructure projects, driving them to successful implementation.
* Develop, refine, and maintain security processes, guidelines, and documentation to uphold and advance group standards.
Your Profile
* Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in IT security services, with a strong focus on operational support and implementation.
* Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and end-user security.
* Solid understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.
* Experience in the insurance sector or other regulated industries is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is advantageous, and knowledge of additional CEE languages is beneficial.
* Willingness to travel in the CEE Region (approx. 20%).

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 60,000. If you have extensive experience and expertise, we are happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
