Product Owner Customer Data Management System (f/m/x)
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for the development and enhancement of a new customer data management system and maintenance of the existing legacy systems. Our aim is to create a robust and flexible single-source-of-truth for all group-relevant master data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Jointly develop and communicate the product vision and strategy together with the Business Owner.
* Define, prioritize, and steer the product backlog.
* Act as a triangle together with the Scrum Master and Delivery Manager, enabling efficient and effective delivery in an agile setup closely with cross-RBI group development teams.
* Align and prioritize all innovation topics with various domain experts and stakeholders while considering the vision of a single-source-of-truth for the customer master data system and the company’s goals.
* Ensure alignment between business goals and product development.
* Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Your Core Competencies:
* General knowledge of customer master data, key functions, and obligations of customer master data management or similar.
* Experience as a Product Owner, applying an agile mindset and methods in an agile environment.
* Effective communication skills with various stakeholders, including the development team, customers, and business leaders.
* Analytical thinking: ability to analyze customer feedback and business needs to make informed decisions about the product.
* Decision-making: ability to make critical decisions about product features, priorities, and releases.
* Leadership: leading the product development effort, motivating the team, and ensuring alignment with the product vision.
* Very good command of English (German is an advantage).
