Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities:
1. You support your colleagues in their daily shifts with a professional, friendly and courteous guest service
2. Ordering and quality control of goods and maintenance of kitchen appliances
3. You fulfill your field of activity with operational and administrative tasks as well as all employee concerns
4. Regular staffing and planning in accordance with productivity guidelines
5. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas and equipment
Your Qualifications:
6. A successfully completed apprenticeship as a chef in the upscale gastronomy/hospitality
7. Creativity and love for the product
8. resilience, teamwork and flexibility
9. attention to detail
10. open and professional appearance
11. Leadership experience of at least 5 years in the culinary field required
12. Familiar with interpersonal situations and conflict management
