Job Description
We are looking for a HR Manager Training & Development (m/f/d)
The Manager Training & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and growth in all Jungbunzlauer production sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Local HR Manager in annual workforce review on the production sites to identify training & development needs.
* Develop and implement training strategies for line managers, shift leaders, and shift operators.
* Review and improve local apprenticeships programs in cooperation with local HR Manager.
* Create and deliver training programs on various topics such as leadership, technical skills, and soft skills.
* Improve onboarding and training process for operators. Develop an operator development program.
* Conduct needs assessments and measure training effectiveness.
* Support employee development through coaching of line managers.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in training & development.
* Strong experience in instructional design and facilitation.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (Oracle or similar).
* Business fluent knowledge of German and English.

The gross annual salary for this position starts at EUR 65,000, with willingness to overpay dependent on your specific qualifications.
