We are seeking an experienced Application Manager, reporting to the Team Manager of Corporate Intranet. In this multifaceted role, you’ll be the dynamic force behind our intranet community, spearheading content creation, and shaping the information architecture of IT content within our digital ecosystem.

1. In this role, you will maintain a synergistic partnership with the design team to ensure cohesive visual and user experience strategies across all digital platforms. You will manage internal resources and third party vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. You will also provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues on the implementation and utilisation of the design system for optimal application development.
2. You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of services to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement in co-operation with the stakeholders involved. You will also be responsible for maintaining the service and support documentation for our own services and ensuring their accessibility and quality.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
4. Strong working knowledge and/or easy adoption of Microsoft Office tools especially Sharepoint Online or any other Content Management System
5. Working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector is beneficial
6. Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies
7. Profound client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
9. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
10. Travel 0-10%
