Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve the software components in the assigned Software Engineering function in one or more of the areas of platform and application management. Each day, you will provide accurate estimates of the project timeline and ensure that they are successfully completed within the deadline. You will demonstrate your expertise by showcasing good knowledge of software development in your area of expertise. The working model for the role is: Hybrid. You will be primarily responsible for:
1. New and further development of hardware controllers and visualization software
2. Paying attention to quality, performance, and reusability
3. Collaboration in exciting projects for our well-known customers
4. Implementation of modern control concepts in the energy and environmental technology environment
5. Continuous improvement of existing software modules
Qualifications for the role:
* You enjoy working with DevOps, Jira, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and the energy technology market
* You have several years of experience in embedded systems (C, C++), as well as experience in the field of Linux systems
* An advantage: You have advanced knowledge of electrical engineering (training, apprenticeship, HTL, FH or UNI)
* You are enthusiastic about a structured and analytical way of working and are a quality-conscious team player
* You feel comfortable communicating in German as well as English
