Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
We are a family owned and run Demolition and Bulk Earthworks company seeking a dynamic Administration Manger to join our team. Are you detail orientated, organized and experienced in all aspects of running a small business in the Construction Industry? Then this is the job for you!
* Be in control of the day to day running of the office
* Positive communication with clients and staff
* Work closely with the Director to co-ordinate Projects, project monthly cashflow and financial reporting
* Maintain company compliance and be involved in yearly HSE audit
* Keep on top of company vehicle registrations and maintenance records
* Accounts payable and receivable
* BAS and PAYG Lodgments
* Payroll
JOB REQUIRMENTS
* Proven experience in the construction industry
* Proven experience with accounting software preferably Xero but not essential.
* Excellent, written and verbal, communication skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage efficiently.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction
* Positive attitude and problem-solving initiative
* Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes
* Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
* Understanding of ISO management systems
