Apply now and let's shape the future together Your Tasks * Preparation and execution of the Budgeting process for the group including alignment with all relevant stakeholders (country organizations and Group organizations). * Support with general controlling agenda depending on actual workload. * Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual ESG reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission to internal and external stakeholders. * Track and manage ESG data collection processes from various business units to ensure completeness and reliability. * Depending on focus area the responsibility is to service and support specific other Group Functions for finance and controlling topics (Procurement, Technology & R&D, Category, Commercial Services, Sustainability & innovation)In alignment with Regional Finance Business Partners/ Functional controllers prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports Your Profile * University degree in Business Administration / Economics, with focus on Finance or Controlling * 3+ years of experience, preferably in controlling, reporting, sustainability, finance, or a related field.Previous experience in managing or supporting the preparation of ESG-related reports for public or private companies is an advantage. * Strong competence in translating data and financial KPIs into user-oriented business information * IT affinity and strong skills in data analysis tools and techniques (excellent MS office knowledge required; knowledge in other tools & systems highly appreciated e.g. Qlik Sense, SAP BCS, SAP MM ) * Excellent command in English; any other European language would be beneficial * Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to synthesize information from diverse sources and present findings in clear, concise fashion * Team-player, open to work in international setup, flexible and open to new tasks and challenges * Process oriented, analytical and joined-up thinking paired with dynamic, flexible and self-driven working approach Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you.
