Job Description
Are you passionate about sports, online & point of sale activations and ready to level up the brand presence of Salomon? Take your chance and become a Salomon Team member in Grödig (near Salzburg), starting mid of May. The job is full-time with a fixed-term contract (till August 2026).
YOUR MISSION
1. Act as the primary marketing contact for local Key Accounts and HQ Retail, driving shopper marketing excellence and retail activations.
2. Customer Engagement: Present seasonal marketing programs and collaborate with sales teams to develop joint customer plans, including co-op campaigns.
3. Marketing Plans: Define, negotiate, implement and track + analyze seasonal Joint Marketing Plans and 360 activation campaigns with a focus on online and point of sale presence.
4. Campaigns: Deliver product and brand assets to retail partners, oversee shopper marketing programs, and manage branded spaces and campaigns.
5. Retail Initiative: Coordinate local execution of monthly brand campaigns + activations.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, digital ROI, and provide actionable reports to local and EMEA leadership.
7. Collaboration: Share best practices within the EMEA community and provide feedback to HQ.
Qualifications
1. Min. 3 years shopper/trade marketing experience in leading branded consumer goods in FMCG or leading Sporting Goods.
2. Experience in working directly with accounts in the sports industry is a plus.
3. Relevant education in university and/or business school, Bachelor or Master degree in Business with focus on marketing preferred.
4. Understanding of wholesale and own retail business incl. consumer/shopper behavior.
5. Understanding and analyzing of trade marketing KPIs.
6. Fluent in English, proficiency in German mandatory.
7. Strong personal skills in organisation, planning, analysing and problem solving.
8. Command of Microsoft Office, graphic/design programs are a plus.
9. Driving licence mandatory / travelling time 10%.

4. Compensation for this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the trade sector.
