Job Description

Your Tasks at a Glance:
1. You are responsible for the continuous development of the online shop and the app.
2. You take care of all e-commerce activities from requirement gathering to feature testing.
3. You analyze and monitor our e-commerce processes. Ongoing analyses and reports are the basis for your optimizations.
4. With your service orientation, you conduct training for colleagues in internal and external sales as well as for our international subsidiaries.
5. You utilize your communication skills to support customers and colleagues with questions about the online shop and the app.
Your Profile:
1. Ideally, you have completed training in the e-business field (HTL, FH, university) and have initial professional experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
2. Your technical know-how combined with creative expertise and organizational talent sets you apart.
3. You are familiar with digital tools/systems such as webshop, content management, newsletters, or Google services (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager).

The minimum salary for the position as E-Commerce Manager (full-time) is 31,200.00 EUR gross per year based on full-time employment. Willingness to pay more.
