In this responsible position, you - together with two other colleagues - will actively contribute to quality assurance and optimisation. Your focus will be on the following tasks:
* Ensure and further develop quality management: Supporting the continuous assurance and optimisation of our quality management system in the areas of clinical data management, biostatistics, analytics, medical device development and IT.
* Training management: Planning, organisation and documentation of training courses for our team.
* Document management: Maintenance and further development of document control.
* Audits: Carrying out internal audits as well as coordinating and accompanying external audits (customers, authorities).
* Implementing regulatory requirements: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. EN ISO 13485, GxP, EN ISO 27001).
* Identifying potential for improvement: Analysing existing processes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Your profile:
You are a structured, solution-orientated person with a keen eye for detail and a high level of quality awareness.
In addition to a technical or scientific education to at least A-level, practical experience in quality management is required – preferably in the IT, medical technology or pharmaceutical sector. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. EN ISO 13485, GxP, EN ISO 27001) is an advantage.
Independent, precise and structured way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork and strong communication skills are signs of your personality.
Basic technical understanding, an interest in the digitalisation of processes, very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as a confident handling of MS Office round off your profile.
