Our product is the E-commerce platform that bridges the gap between online and offline shopping, creating seamless and engaging shopping experiences. We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead our web sales operations in Vienna, Austria, and ensure the success of our proprietary webshop. This position is based in Vienna and foresees a hybrid work mode (office in the 2nd district and home-office).
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze shopping trends, manage product categories, and the assortment of ooblee shop.
* Ensure availability of high-quality product information for each product for a good shopper experience and conversions.
* Track competitive prices, envision optimum pricing, and conduct price optimization activities.
* Manage inventory, ensuring availability while minimizing financial costs.
* Oversee online and (potentially) in-store sales to achieve performance targets.
* Manage timely and accurate order deliveries, returns, and refunds.
* Train and lead team staff, including but not limited to logistics, retail, and Click&Collect sales to provide excellent customer service.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Completed higher education in marketing, business administration, commerce, information technology, or similar areas. Students in their last year of study are considered as well.
* At least 2-3 years of practical work experience in e-commerce in the role of sales specialist, operations manager, sales analyst, or similar.
* Practical skills in using popular e-com IT tools for assortment, pricing, and order execution management, including ones exploiting AI.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Language proficiency: German B2 or higher and English B2 or higher (proven by respective language certificates, academic success, or ability to job interview in each language).
* Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
