Your tasks
1. Analysis of in-depth technical problems in a complex system landscape for software products in the on-premises environment
2. Contact point for international customers (mainly DACH area) of the IT solution and at the same time the last instance for support requests (3rd level)
3. Rebuilding the complex constellations in the test environments
4. Analysis of productive customer systems, solution finding and problem solving for customers
Your profile
1. Completed technical training and experience in 3rd level support or a comparable position
2. Good knowledge of client and server operating systems (Windows and Linux), various relational database systems, web and cloud-native technologies and good programming skills
3. Openness for unknown technologies
4. Very good knowledge of German
5. High degree of initiative, accuracy as well as perseverance and assertiveness
