As a Lead CSA (=Contractual Service Agreement) Productivity Expert, you are responsible for coordinating CSA planned / unplanned events (regular maintenance steps as well as unplanned engine removals), implementing various cost-saving projects, and introducing innovations within our service contract fleet with focus on customer satisfaction as a main goal. This key position is highly visible and crucial to the success of the CSA product category.
Your primary objectives include achieving both long-term and short-term financial results for the CSA fleet by effectively managing a mix of technical and commercial projects. You will play a pivotal role in presenting these results in an economically viable manner.
In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with Service Engineering, Finance, and regional teams worldwide. Your collaboration with these departments is essential to drive improvements and ensure the smooth operation of the CSA fleet. By leveraging your expertise and strategic approach, you will contribute significantly to the overall performance and profitability of our service contracts.

Your Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing CSA Planned/Unplanned events
* Implementing and introducing technical and commercial projects worldwide
* Evaluating costs and ensuring efficient budget management
* Introducing and executing new processes by expanding the portfolio
* Working closely with the Finance department to accurately track the financial success of implemented initiatives
* Serving as the contact for the CSA team, addressing technical and commercial questions
* Initiating productivity projects to enhance overall performance
Your Profile:
* Bachelor´s / Master´s Degree / Higher Technical College (e.g., HTL) in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, process, etc.) combined with commercial & business administrative experience
* Service experience in the energy industry paired with strong commercial and technical background
* Strong technical background on reciprocating engines and detailed knowledge of Jenbacher products desired
* Independent, proactive, flexible work style paired with a hands-on mentality and a high say-do ratio
* Good experience in managing and coordinating projects and processes
* Analytical abilities and experience with MS-Office tools
* Occasional travel with max. 10% per year
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
